Community

I am thrilled to announce that I will be sponsoring the upcoming Rotary Ride for Hearing. As a real estate professional, I am passionate about giving back to the community and supporting causes that positively  impact on people’s lives.

The annual Rotary Ride for Hearing, organized by the Rotary Club of Vancouver, has been a successful event for the past 37 years. This year’s ride will take place on July 9th. I invite you to join me in supporting this great cause by attending as a single rider, joining a team or starting a team for the 100 K ride.

We have a ride for all ages! Is 100k too much for you… Sign up for our family ride of 5K.

Let’s work together to make this year’s Rotary Ride for Hearing a huge success!

Market Update

September is generally a busy month. For once I was happy that business was not too busy and gave me a chance to focus on something else I am very passionate about. Here is your regular market update. As always if you would like to know more about other municipalities, please let me know. I will be happy to send you the detailed information.

Easter Seals Drop Zone BC

I would like to start with a BIG Thank you to all of you who supported me on my Fundraising efforts. I can not be grateful enough for all of you who helped me to raise funds for Individuals living with disabilities, through supporting Easter Seals BC/Yukon. Here is the result.

My team of six Rappelling agents raised $5165.00 and I raised $1600, marking the success rate of 188% out of the personal commitment of $850.00

AND YES, We did rappel down the 27 stories Guinness Tower in downtown, Vancouver.

Few questions I was asked:
1) was it scary? I was scared last year but I did enjoy the view this year. It becomes easier the more you do (my knees were shaking when I stepped to the edge of the tower)
2) will I do it again? Absolutely

Sometimes it is easier to get off your comfort zone when you help someone else. For me, any fundraising is rewarding since not only I do raise funds for those in need but also I raise awareness towards the needs of certain groups in our society.

Know your realtor

Do you ever wonder what I do other than selling or buying homes?

Well, homes are all about family. Sometimes we stage home to sell but the reality of every life can not be faked or staged. Pain and struggles are real. As a society, we cannot live life ignoring our fellow neighbors in town and globally. It is a human duty to roll up the sleeves, open our hearts and bring awareness to each other, and above all be generous and help.

I will be rappelling down Guinness Tower on September 17th, in support of Easter Seals BC/Yukon. It seems scary but I did it last year. I am less scared but a bit nervous! ( I can’t deny)

Easter Seals BC/Yukon is one of British Columbia’s legacy charities and is operated by the BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities (Society). Over six decades, the Society has helped over 1,000,000 families in need through transportation services, child health research, Easter Seals House, and Easter Seals summer camps.

Located at Oak and 25th, Easter Seals House is a home away from home for children and adults with disabilities, and their families, when they need to travel to Vancouver for medical treatment and care.

At Easter Seals camp, children and youth are given the opportunity to develop new skills, create lasting friendships, try new experiences, and have fun.
